INGREDIENTS

1/2 white onion

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

2 cups shredded chicken 
- 
1 can tomato paste 
- 
3 tbsp curry powder 
- 
1/2 c walnuts, roughly chopped 
- 
1 can coconut cream 
INSTRUCTIONS
Sauté onions and garlic in avocado oil over medium heat until translucent. Stir in shredded chicken and walnuts for 2 mins. Add tomato paste and curry powder and stir to combine.
