Ingredients

Acai Powder - 3 tablespoons 
- 
Almonds - 3/4 cup 
- 
Medjool Dates - 3/4 cup (pitted) 
- 
Dried Apricots - 1/4 cup 
- 
Raisins - 2 tbsp 
- 
Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp 
- 
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp 
- 
Vanilla Extract - 1/4 tsp 
- 
Salt - Just a pinch (optional) 
Instructions
- 
Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor until a sticky dough has formed 
- 
Spread a sheet of plastic wrap over a cutting board 
- 
Using your hands, form a 1-inch thick rectangle of dough on the plastic wrap 
- 
Fully wrap the dough rectangle in plastic wrap and place in freezer for 30 minutes 
-
