WELLMORE 60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE


At Wellmore, we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Wellmore product sold under the Wellmore brands listed at www.getwellmore.com that you purchased from Wellmore or an authorized seller in the United States, we’ll send you a replacement product or provide a refund.


Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Wellmore 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is limited to original, consumer purchasers in the United States.  Guarantee requests must be made within 60 days of your original purchase.


How To Claim The Guarantee


If you purchased from a Wellmore ecommerce website: To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us by calling 1.866.841.9355. You will be asked to provide your order number and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product.  You may also be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist Wellmore in assessing your request.


If you purchased from a Wellmore Authorized Seller: Please return your product to the authorized seller from whom you purchased it.  If you are unable to resolve your request with the authorized seller from whom you purchased it, please contact us by calling 1.866.841.9355.  Please have available information regarding where and when you purchased your product, and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product.  You will be required to provide proof of purchase, and may be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist Wellmore in assessing your request.


Guarantee Guidelines


Wellmore reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Wellmore concludes that the purchaser has abused the Wellmore 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  Wellmore may amend or terminate the Wellmore 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.

FGO partners with trusted farmers all over the world – from the plains of Africa to the mountains of Japan – to source our teas and superfoods. Each product page lists the origin of that item (for example, our Earl Grey tea uses leaves from China and India, with bergamot from Italy). We then carefully pack the products to ensure they arrive fresh and ready for you to enjoy.

Yes – all FGO products are certified USDA Organic, and we avoid any GMOs. In fact, many of our teas are explicitly labeled organic on our site, and our products carry organic (and often Non-GMO) seals on their packaging. We also prioritize ethical, sustainable sourcing by working only with trusted growers and partners, so you’re getting pure, natural ingredients without harmful additives. Quality and sustainability are core to everything we do.

We offer fast, affordable shipping. In fact, standard shipping is free on orders over $40 (USD), and orders under $40 ship for a flat fee of $9.95. We process orders quickly – once your order is placed, we’ll pack it and send you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. (Most customers in the U.S. receive their orders within a few business days.)

Some are, yes. Many of our herbal teas and superfoods are naturally caffeine-free – for example, our Hibiscus tea contains 0 mg of caffeine. However, traditional teas like green tea or black tea do contain caffeine (we list the approximate caffeine content per serving on each product page for your convenience – e.g. around 44 mg per serving for our green tea. Whether you prefer caffeinated or caffeine-free, we have options for you, and you can always check the product description for details.

Absolutely. We take quality and safety very seriously. All our products undergo testing by independent third-party labs to ensure they meet strict standards for purity and potency. We test for things like heavy metals, microbes, and other potential contaminants. This means you can trust that FGO teas and superfoods are not only tasty, but also clean, safe, and exactly what we promise on the label.

No. Our tea bags are made from plant-based hemp fiber paper with no plastic, no staples, and no glue (a fact that our customers really appreciate!). We strive for sustainable packaging wherever possible – from biodegradable tea bags to recyclable pouches – to keep our products (and the planet) as healthy as possible.

Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
