Turmeric Chai Tea Latte

Cozy up with a superfood boost on everyone's favorite fall drink! This spicy, sweet, creamy cup will help you keep you warm all season long.

 

Ingredients:

- Chai Tea Bags
- 1 cup - Milk
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- Agave or sweetener of your choice (to taste)

       

      Directions:

      1. Fill a mug half way with hot water and steep chai tea bags (or loose leaf). 
      2. While tea is steeping add milk of your choice, turmeric, cinnamon and sweetener to a pot and heat up slowly allowing all ingredients to incorporate. 
      3. Remove Tea bag from cup and top with turmeric milk.
      4. Sprinkle with cinnamon or whipped cream and enjoy!
